My role is booking my customers holidays but also learning at the same time

SERVICING CUSTOMERS BOOKINGS, BOOKING HOLIDAYS, SELLING CURRENCY.

My role involves talking to new people daily and helping them find the best holiday for them. Also it includes learning new things everyday whether it be to do with holiday destinations or with new systems.

In my role I will serve any customer who walks through the door and also on the phone, I will book holidays, take payments, check customers in for their flight, add any extras on and answer any general queries.

A day to day at work for me is handling calls and managing emails also dealing with customers whether that's a new booking or guidance with a booking. I also focus on my apprenticeship days completing work set to a sufficient amount of detail.

I follow up enquiries made by customers, answering the phone with customer queries, post content on our store Facebook and help customers find the perfect holiday for them!
