We're proud to crown the only top employers tables based entirely on student-written reviews. This means it's students like you (who've completed their work experience) that determine who wins every year.
How we calculate the rankings:
We use a comprehensive system that considers multiple factors to identify employers who truly invest in their employees:
Scale of opportunity: total number of schemes offered by the employer
Variety of programmes: the range of different opportunities available
Student engagement: total number of reviews submitted by their cohort
Satisfaction rate: percentage of reviewers who would actually recommend the scheme to others.
Quality of scheme: the average, overall review score given by their cohort.
