We're proud to base our tables entirely on student-written job reviews. And this year, we partnered with The Department for Work and Pensions to create the ultimate table for leading apprenticeship employers.
How we calculate the rankings:
We use a comprehensive system that considers multiple factors to identify employers who truly invest in their employees:
Scale of opportunity: total number of schemes offered by the employer
Variety of programmes: the range of different opportunities available
Completion rates: how many apprentices complete their schemes
Inclusive recruitment: the diversity of apprentices across their programmes
Student engagement: total number of reviews submitted by their cohort
Satisfaction rate: percentage of reviewers who would actually recommend the scheme to others
Quality of scheme: the average, overall review score given by their cohort.
What this means for you:
