I serve customers and assist them in bring their holiday ideas to life. I also advise customers on places to go and the areas they should see whilst away, this includes selling trips and experiences that'll be remembered for a lifetime.

My everyday role is to sell holidays and to help people with their bookings or questions

My role as an apprentice travel advisor involves learning new things each day, making sure my customer service is very good and i express that by dealing with customers to make their holiday dreams come true.

i wodrk 37.5 hours a week, i do six hours of apprentice work. I am on the shop floor serving customers and booking holidays.

What I do in a day is help my team with admin jobs and helping customers find their perfect holiday and making sure they are ready for their holiday.

Each day I sell customers holidays that match their needs and also extras that they may need such as insurance. I also help with problems that have occured.

Day-to-day I have to face customers all day giving them the best experience possible, this involves finding the perfect holiday, getting their travel money ready, and making sure they have the best experience while they are there

Selling holidays. dealing with complaints. looking into holiday changes and solving them. Taking payments, issue refunds. Welcoming customers into the store. Looking for holidays to match customers requests and requirements.

I deal with third party flights. I fix problems, deal with cancelled or delayed flights and answer any kind of customer service queries, whilst having full knowledge of the processes and procedures in this department.

My day-to-day role is me getting used to the workings of working in this TUI store and how to help out the customers.
