My everyday role is to sell holidays and to help people with their bookings or questions
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my current apprenticeship there is a lot of support and my colleagues are very helpful and some of the nicest people I have met.

It is very organized I have enough time to do my training but also the perfect balance from shop floor and training.

I receive a massive deal of support from my employer.

I receive a lot of support I have regular calls and catchups with my apprenticeship assessor and can email them anytime.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me perform better because I am learning about the policies and procedures about the role and also the hands on practice of the role with colleague support.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
