Our Placement Programmes lets you spend an invaluable year at the heart of our business, owning real responsibilities and projects while gaining exposure to multiple functional areas and senior leaders. You’ll immerse yourself in a fast‑paced, exciting industry from day one, with plenty of support along the way. We’ll offer you a competitive starting salary, a structured induction, ongoing training, mentoring, and buddy support, two placement‑based projects, plus regular cross‑team shadowing and Hangar tours, as well as plenty of exposure to our senior leaders during meetings and project presentations. You’ll be helping shape travel – liaising with hotel buyers, forecasting trends, pricing holidays, and contributing to strategic decisions around product availability and profitability.

Nearly 70% of our placements return to us after graduation, so there's a real path into a full-time TUI role.
