Each day I sell customers holidays that match their needs and also extras that they may need such as insurance. I also help with problems that have occured.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy working with customers and meeting new people. I like the projects I am set such as destination summaries.

Overall my programme is well organised as I am meant to have 6 hours a day of off the job learning but due to the shops high demand this is not always possible.
