Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Sell holiday to customers, buying and selling currency, selling insurance and other holiday ancillaries. On study days completing my apprenticeship doing destination knowledge, reflections on events that have happened in work, compliancy importance etc.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My manager dedicates me 1 working day a week to complete my apprenticeship, i can complete it in one day or spread it over 2 days or more. the appremtcie programme is very good, i have callls with my coach once a month and these are always planned ahead.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

my manager is very supportive, as well as my colleagues and my apprentice coach.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

when having calls with my coach, she will go through tasks with me that are a bit more complex, i am also always supported if i have questions by my coach, manager and other apprentices
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The apprentice programme is very inclusive and well formatted, the way that the apprentice work ties in to you work life is very helpful with sales and just everyday life in the shop.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
To research the role thoroughly before applying, as it can be what nit to except. also not to be scared if you have no prior experience
