I service customer's who have a disability, or hidden disability. I amend bookings to accomadate their needs to make sure the holiday and or their journey is as smooth as possible.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Having an understanding of diversity and equality bit it in work and externally has been a great eye opener.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say very structured however, a lot units were crossing into one and another which causes a little confusion but had got used to this over time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

TUI have been wonderful to accommodate days where I can focus on the college work and provide structured time to do my units.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider has been wonderful and supportive throughout my journey doing NVQ level's 2 and 3 just about to start on level 4.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has instilled further confidence and belief in what I do and I certainly feel I'm getting benefit from the course.

Why?
They are a lovely employer and understanding and encourage you to grow no matter what age you are. They are great at spotting talent and getting the best out of individuals.

Go for it, its a great opportunity to grow and there are many avenues to explore.
