Create unforgettable holidays for all of our customers with your personality, professionalism and personalised service. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, we are looking for dedicated people with a passion for travel and customer service. It is much more than just ‘booking a trip’. They provide additional information about accommodation, destination, travel documents, insurance, car rental and other travel-related products and services. This way we want to give our customers an unforgettable holiday. With continuous training through training, e-learning modules and study trips, we keep the quality of our services at a high level.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love working on the shop floor whilst being able to learn at the same time and having such a wide variety of work an customers. Having vast opportunities in different sector whether it is a educational, smile points, commission or the days out with other team members across tui!

How well organised/structured is your programme?

very, from 2 hours almost everyday spent upstairs on course work and the other amount of time on shop floor shadowing colleges or even taking bookings and queries myself on the shop floor. an hour lunch to switch off and structured time finish everyday. i enjoy having structure as it keeps myself in order and i know where i am and what i am doing each day.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The staff at Tui Pontypridd help me a lot when i need it and always go above and beyond to help me along with apprentice coach and the other staff that i have spoken to.
