My experience was so enjoyable, though the work wasnt always the easiest for me, i knew that throughout me completing each piece of work i was expanding my knowledge and growing in role.

Yes, I have learnt so many new skills throughout my apprenticeship, whether this be through the work or on the job experience. The work I have been set has gave me the knowledge i need to grow in my role and expand my information.

Structure and Support

So well organised in my opinion, each piece of work was set clearly in the time space given and the instructions were easy to follow, it was nice to know that I had support from fellow apprentices and coaches in our shared teams channel whenever it was needed.

A lot, i always had a point of contact whether that be in my store or via teams/email,support was available to me at anytime.

A lot, every step towards the end qualifications was given to me clearly and with all of the information needed,my coach always made sure that i was supported throughout.

My qualification gave me so much knowledge that i may not have learnt on the job, this has allowed me to excell and become top seller in my superstore and win apprenticeship awards!

Yes, I always get involved with extra activities, for example, power hours on areas that i am unsure about, mingles where we are updated on the most important information bi-monthly and supporting new apprentices to take on more responsibility.
