Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day I sell holidays, help customers with enquiries about their holidays, take payments, sell travel insurance and overall make give the customer the best experience leading up to their holiday.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love doing what I do, my team are great and I feel like it is a positive environment. So far on my apprenticeship programme i am finding it easy to navigate online and my learning coach is always there to give me a helping hand.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my customer service skills, learnt alot about the technical side of working and overall bettered myself in a career setting

I am always made aware of my meetings well in advance, I feel it is very well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive alot of support from my manager as she always cares that I am not behind on my apprenticeship and that I am always aware of what meetings I have next.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My learning coach is always to hand when I have any questions about my apprenticeship and my in store managers always suggest extra things to help me learn in store.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it is a great work environment to be in, you are supported consistently and I would love for my peers to enjoy work as much as I do
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
Work as hard as you can as the outcome is worth it, and always keep on top of your apprenticeship work as it makes it so much easier for yourself .
