On a day to day basis, I experience a volume of calls where it can be a range of technical issues. Sometimes, I consult other departments for advice or to transfer the customer due to the specific issue they are experiencing.

I help customers when they technical issues or just general queries about their broadband or services PlusNet may have, I try to resolve the customers issue on a call but if I am not able to sometimes I have to send out engineers.

I assist customers with any issues they may face with their services from Plusnet and I ensure to provide a great customer service to everyone.

My role entails customer service within the home technical department. This consists of taking incoming calls to diagnose the customer's symptoms on their broadband or landline services.

As part of my role, I take incoming calls and make outgoing calls. I support customers with their broadband/landline faults and queries. I also log my continuous professional development regularly.
