Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis, I experience a volume of calls where it can be a range of technical issues. Sometimes, I consult other departments for advice or to transfer the customer due to the specific issue they are experiencing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy my apprenticeship programme as it is a different pace to my call centre work and helps to reflect on what's been done so far

I have developed a range of skills, such as communication, team working, initiative, resilience etc

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say it is well organised as we are all under one coach who regularly meets with us to discuss progress.

As much as I need as they are very understanding and will put things in place for support.
