As a Plusnet tech advisor, i handle customer queries about broadband and landline issues, diagnosing problems and providing solutions. I take calls, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure customer receive excellent service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yes, I do enjoy the programme. i think it is well put together and i enjoy doing it.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt some more skills such as Excellent customer service, active listening and empathy. I have developed my problem solving abilities & my communication skills has improved. I have learnt to be patience.
