I help my opticians run smoothly, make sure the customer has a good journey through the store. I will welcome customers. Advise on glasses/lenses and dispense glasses if necessary, I will also deal with problems or any queries.

My role is to attend to customers for collection and dispense. Also to help optometrists by doing pre-screening before they take a customer in.

Helping customers in an optical environment.

On a day to day basis i answer calls that come through whilst taking care of the admin side of nhs listings and hearcare admin,this requires ringing patients to triage them,making sure the diary is in correctly etc

In a day to day basis we will dispense glasses, Do contact lenses fit & teaches,fix and amend glasses and also dealing with a varity of different customers on a daily basis.
