In my role I am looking after about 5-7 customers a day. Looking after the progress of their car whilst they are with us at the service centre. At the moment I am focusing on recalls but hope to be involved in the more complicated services.

Repairing equipment and keeping downtime of production to a minimum

My role is to repair any vehicles once they come off of the line to ensure that they are ready for shipping out to customer or dealership. This can involve all sorts of repairs from audio, such as wind noise, to drivetrain.

Repair and prepping vehicle panels and spray painting the panel, baking and polishing refinishing the repair using different pieces of equipment.

My role is to correct any faults on the vehicle that have occurred during the production process, it could be part issues, poor fitment or damage.

my job role is to rectify and ensure all parts of the car are within correct specification and criteria before it reaches the customer. this involves all mechanical electrical and trim components
