Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4/5
My role is to use engineering skills to keep the paintshop to a good standard and fix any problems that may arise using my skills and knowledge to benefit other employees

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
My apprenticeship is fun and i learn a lot, there is always room for improvement though

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

3/5
I've learnt a few new skills, it was a bit sluggish at first because of craft skills. In craft skills i was learning things but it wasn't relevant to my job role so made me feel like i wasn't excelling in my role

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

2/5
I sort of know the journey that i will be taking but i don't understand it very much and don't know the whole process

How much support do you receive from your employer?

4/5
With constant check ins and meetings, I feel like i receive a good amount of support from my employer

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

2/5
I feel like my training provider has quite a lot of room to improve and isn't as beneficial as i thought it would be. Maybe that is because i am only in my first year but that is how i feel so far

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

2/5
So far i think i've only ever learnt one or two skills that affect my work life at all

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

2/5
There isn't very much extra curricular to get involved in other than school events to help the business so far that i have been offered
