Currently I am working in spot repair where I help technicians rework defected panels, prep, mask and spray jobs that I feel comfortable with.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship it has given me the opportunity to build transferable skills that I would not have expected myself to gain prior to the programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have gone from having no experience with paint spraying to growing competence with the gun at a steady rate and more so when I am partaking in a week of specialised training at Thatcham College.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme allows me to build a range of skills to be competent paint tech however some of the content at college I am unable to apply at work
