Not stimulated enough, too big of a company, work wasnt given straight away. It is not stressful and i am developing at at a slow pace compared to my degree.

Satisfying

Great place to work, lots of investment in graduates and lots of training opportunities.

Slow to start off with. As you are thrown straight in to a job within the company, they were unable to find appropriate work for me. But within a few months I felt like a valued member of the team.

Very rewarding, good work/life balance
