Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Good, could have been a bit more support for me in terms of travel costs and accommodation, especially after explain extenuating circumstance

I enjoy being involved in multiple different changes which are different and allow me to learn different things

Often valid reasons and issues I was raising would be dismissed and looked over maybe because they didn't understand how it feels to be in my position. Was never offered support for travel or accomodation which would have been a massive help.
How is your work-life balance?

At first experienced alot of racism outside of work and was hard for me to have a social life. when i moved back home was easier to have a social life. But travelling up for a few days a week would then put a halt to all my out of work activities such as : healthy eating/cooking, going to gym/training MMA, didn't get to see family/missing out on family birthdays.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

A lot of pressure has been placed on me coming in 3 days a week without the option for me to voice my feeling and let them be heard and considered.

There is somewhat in place and monitored, but after you try to discuss something causing you stress and don't get anywhere it makes you not want to bring it up again even though it still may be causing problems for you.
