Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Very enjoyable. There is always a lot to do so you never get bored and there are multiple opportunities to try new things.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Manage data for Training Delivery
Consult with Subject Matter Experts and Seniors on data preparation
Understand, use and explain how to use tools relating to IGS
Prepare Phase Design reviews for team Training Delivery
I find it enjoyable to do multiple different things in my role meaning I am learning a lot and am able to capture the entire process. Having this overview makes it easier for me to understand how the business works, how my role relates for completing contracts and who to contact and each point of the lifecycle in case I need help. I also learn lots of skills that make me adaptable to roles outside of my current.
