My dad to day role is a pmo support role for a leadership team. This involves performing tasks that seniors may ask from me such as attending meetings, booking meetings, emails or helping out with bid work etc.

My role currently is focusing on the Testing area of Software Engineering, Ive chosen to focus on this role after having been able to try it out on the apprenticeship. My role mainly involves a mixture of Manual, Performance and Automated testing.

Was okay. There is bench time which is undesirable but once you get on a project things can run smoothly. You get to associate with higher members of the team. Everyone's experience can vary but once you get on a project it can be good.
