As a Platform Engineer at IBM, I work on building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable infrastructure and developer platforms. My day-to-day involves collaborating with engineering teams to improve system reliability, automating deployment pipelines, managing cloud resources, and ensuring platform performance and security. I also troubleshoot issues, contribute to internal tooling, and support continuous integration and delivery practices.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme to a large extent. It provides valuable hands-on experience with modern technologies and real-world engineering challenges, along with opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. There is a good balance between responsibility and support.
