Why?
There is great support for career progression as well as progression within the apprenticeship programme.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Completing research around the organisation and where it's currently at where it came from and also some of it's short term future initiatives. I think it's really useful when applying for an early professional career at IBM to be able to articulate your prior experience and how those skills that you have gained and built on can help you in your professional career at IBM, especially if your experience is not similar to the role your applying being able to show that you know how the roles overlap will help.
