In my role as a Site Engineer, I was responsible for supporting daily construction activities and ensuring that all works were carried out safely, accurately, and in line with project specifications. My duties included setting out, quality checks, supervising subcontractors, and coordinating with different teams on site. I monitored progress, recorded site activities, prepared reports, and helped ensure that materials, drawings, and resources were available when needed. I also assisted with resolving technical issues, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures. Overall, my experience involved maintaining site efficiency, quality, and safety while helping deliver the project on time.
How well organised was your experience?
