Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAM?
My experience at BAM has been very good. The interview and tendering process was a lot more sophisticated than other tier one companies. They arranged an engaging group exercise and also asked open and intriguing questions. Once successful they were transparent about job role, location and expectations. Since starting I have learnt a variety of skills including using CAD, total stations and GPS, I am now looking forward to my career with BAM.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
-Setting out- I enjoy this the most as it involves interacting with the workers on site to ensure the correct construction practices and to deliver the project on time
