Very welcoming and supportive
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I am a site based engineer so i am responsible for writing permits, surveying and setting out, and keeping good records. I enjoy being able to work outside and build something that will benefit society.

I am able to leave my work at work, however the long days can get tiring.

Very inclusive, however it is a typical construction site so mainly men and being a young woman can be daunting at times (but very rarely)
