Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAM?
An employer that cares about its employees. Its called Bamily for a reason.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My Main responsibilities are the following:
Site diaries, record keeping and progress photos for assets.
ITP opening and closure
ITC closure
Coordinating and communication on site with sub contractors
OSI's for both assets
Liaising with the health and safety team, approving RAMS/TBS and WPP COSHH assessments etc.
Assist or raising in entirety. Permit to dig, Permit to load, Hot works permits etc.
Liaising with environmental team and having a proactive approach to environmental awareness
Monitoring and recording delivery against the agreed programme
Ensuring that drawings and specification documents contain accurate information for construction of the works before commencing
3WLA Look ahead on programme
Concrete coordination, 3WLA, 6MLA and line orders
Aggregate 3WLA, 6MLA and line orders
Procurement
Recording NCR's
Raising PMAFs and SNCs
Ensuring QA is performed to the highest standard
Aiding with design changes to elements to reduce the cost or enhance programme.
Finding ways to get betterment on programme or reduce cost.
Temporary works supervision for assets.
TWS, SMSTS, CAT&GENNY.
And many other responsibilities.

I would highly recommend working at bam highly to a friend. Company benefits, time off etc the total package is excellent and the work is rewarding. You are treat with great respect as an employee.
