Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAM?
It has been a unique experience due to the projects i have been working on. Overall a very positive one that has allowed me to experience many aspects of a project i normally wouldn't get sight of till a later stage
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Keeping as-built records, closing out meeting actions asap, setting out works, safety, and many other site based duties
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I have been relied upon by all members of the team at one moment or another be that from my direct superior to the project manager

BAM has greatly supported myself and others during the start of our careers and i would encourage others to do the same
