To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
My programme, whilst being tough and challenging at times, is overall very enjoyable and gives you an insight on others lives and making many friends from being in the business.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I've learnt to stay calm and be able to help customers as much as I can. It has also expanded my social skills and given me traits I didn't know I was capable of.

Very structured in the way you know what you're doing and what you need to do to achieve at the highest level you can.

5/5
Personally I have received a lot of help from my employer due to personal reasons and some that I can and can't handle myself. The employer is always there to pick me up when I may be down too.

4/5
Support is always there from our training provider and contact is key, always there to support and help out when you are finding things tough and needs that extra bit of support

4/5
Overall the knowledge of the provider rubs off on you with in person and virtual chats and is vital when working towards your targets and end point assessments.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Our work is very social with things going on to get involved with almost everyday. Gives the community and sense of belonging.
