Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Day to day, I'm accountable for managing a case load for a designated client group (CFU). My focus is to working across a full range of ER case; early resolution, conflict, conduct, health and wellbeing, capability, and ACAS/Employment Tribunal cases.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Learning, and understanding a greater in depth about businesses, and reasons of why things happen, and when.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
During the short time of doing the apprenticeship I have learnt the core understanding of how a structure of a business is built, and why.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
There have been some learning along the journey, like only finding things out if I ask specific questions, which would of been more helpful at the forefront so I clearly understand the objective and how it all pieces together. Some workshops have happened after bud tasks, which would of made more sense to have done the workshop first.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I am left to myself to manage both my workload and my apprenticeship. I have found this difficult to do as we have had absences in the team, holidays, which have put more pressure on myself and then not having the capacity to complete the 6.5 hrs a week, unless outside of my working hours - at times worked additional.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My coach is on hand if we need them, regular/weekly emails, bitesize calls, and reviews.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It is definitely helping me understand, and see things more clearly on the why and how's. I am enjoying my learning, development which hopefully will help me grow, and progress in my role/company.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Not that I am aware of, and I am unsure if I would have time for this on top of my daily work, apprenticeship and being a single mum of 2.
