We're working with NatWest to deliver a 12-day bootcamp targeting young people from underrepresented backgrounds to give them the best chance of securing an apprenticeship role with NatWest. Successfully completing the bootcamp guarantees an interview with NatWest.

What will you be doing as an apprentice?

You'll take your interest in tech to the next level, learning how to support systems and infrastructure that underpin everyday banking services.

On the IT Support apprenticeship, you'll:

• Respond to user requests and technical issues.
• Help with system access, compliance tasks, and remediation.
• Participate in agile team meetings and planning sessions.
• Support PI Planning and maintain JIRA boards.
• Assist in ensuring system security and user experience stability.

Who can apply?

We're looking for young people aged 16–24 who are driven to build a quality career. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for learning and making an impact.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have attended a non-fee-paying school
• Have received free school meals and/or required additional support to access career opportunities
• Have 5 National 5s including English & Maths (Grade A–C) and a Higher (or equivalent) in a STEM or related field
