What will you be doing as an apprentice?

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a strong foundation in banking. You'll grow your confidence while developing key customer service and communication skills.

On the Senior Financial Customer Service Advisor apprenticeship, you'll:

  • Provide proactive and friendly service to help customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Guide customers through their banking options and help them choose the best services for their needs.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately while making the experience smooth for customers.
  • Address concerns or complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Take action to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and fixing issues.
  • Build strong relationships with your team and collaborate to achieve the best results.

Who can apply?

We're looking for young people aged 16–24 who are driven to build a quality career. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for learning and making an impact.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Have attended a non-fee-paying school
  • Have received free school meals and/or required additional support to access career opportunities
  • Ideally have 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4 / A*-C
