We're working with NatWest to deliver a 12-day bootcamp targeting young people from underrepresented backgrounds to give them the best chance of securing an apprenticeship role with NatWest. Successfully completing the bootcamp guarantees an interview with NatWest.

What will you be doing as an apprentice?
This role is perfect for someone who likes planning, solving problems, and seeing things through to completion. You'll gain insight into how large-scale projects are delivered in a business environment.
On the Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, you'll:
- Track projects through all stages, from planning to delivery.
- Assist with scheduling, resourcing, and risk management.
- Help create and maintain project plans and budgets.
- Use project management tools to analyse data and inform decisions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies like stand-ups and planning sessions.
Who can apply?
We're looking for young people aged 16–24 who are driven to build a quality career. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for learning and making an impact.
To be eligible, you must:
- Have attended a non-fee-paying school
- Have received free school meals and/or required additional support to access career opportunities
- Have 5 National 5s (Grade A–C) and a Higher (or equivalent) in a STEM related field
