What will you be doing as an apprentice?

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a strong foundation in banking. You'll grow your confidence while developing key customer service and communication skills.

On the Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser apprenticeship, you'll:

  • Deliver professional, friendly support to banking customers.
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding their financial goals.
  • Handle phone or face-to-face meetings and resolve queries.
  • Complete service reviews and fraud/security checks.
  • Work closely with teams to improve customer outcomes.

Who can apply?

We're looking for young people aged 16–24 who are driven to build a quality career. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for learning and making an impact.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Have attended a non-fee-paying school
  • Have received free school meals and/or required additional support to access career opportunities
  • Have 5 National 4 or 5s (Grade A–C)
