What will you be doing as an apprentice?

If you're detail-oriented and enjoy supporting teams behind the scenes, this role will help you build valuable administrative and organisational skills in a busy business setting.

On the Business Admin apprenticeship, you'll:

• Provide administrative support across departments.
• Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and internal comms.
• Support diary planning, bookings, and meeting preparation.
• Manage records and contribute to reporting processes.
• Help ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Who can apply?

We're looking for young people aged 16–24 who are driven to build a quality career. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for learning and making an impact.

To be eligible, you must:

• Have attended a non-fee-paying school
• Have received free school meals and/or required additional support to access career opportunities
• Have 5 National 4 or 5s (Grade A–C)
