My role is a Team Manager for our Organisational Development function. Day to day this involves working with the team to identify, develop and implement interventions which support our employees and organisation achieve it's strategic goals and priorities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far, I have really enjoyed the programme it has been run well and provides a lot of engaging content.

Yes, the course so far has exposed me to different ways of thinking about HR/OD. It has demonstrated new methodologies and models.

Yes, we have professional networking within our service. We also have several staff networks we can join in.
