As an apprentice i take part in lots of different jobs to help the service, this includes indexing, helping customers with claim forms, bring reports together and going out into the public to talk to them
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the program as i get to work with a very supportive group who are all very open and welcoming

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprenticeshipo has helped develop my customer service skills and further helped develop my IT skill. Working as a team and solo are split equally so i am confident doing both

Very well organised, its very rare when we haven't been told about something or things overlap

We retrieve a lot of support and its always there if needed

Can sometimes be difficult contacting them but when you can they're very helpful

It helps me understand the background of what i do in m day to day role and gives examples of real scenarios and how to deal with them

Why?
Its a very welcoming and supportive environment that for people who may not have had a job before is perfect as it eases you in and theres a clear progression within the service.
