I got my apprenticeship in September 2023 and work in the Adult Social Care sector. The apprenticeship is in business admin and we look after finances for people who struggle or lack capacity. The role is complex and tasks can vary daily. The apprentice team have supported me throughout my time here and are always there to help
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although it was tough to adjust to a completely new role at first, I have enjoyed my time during the apprenticeship and have enjoyed working with my team

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I came from a retail/hospitality so I have learned a lot of new skills in this role. I have also been able to develop skills such as IT and communication
