Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job varies from day to day but mostly making jigs or fixtures to help put the car together or helping race team with pit equipment related tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my programme, been eye opening to be responsible for different jobs and see so many different areas of the company

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills such as how to use CAD, then developing that knowledge. Understanding different areas of the car and how it all fits together.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured, have been able to move to different departments to learn new things/ enhance skills there as well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have received a lot of support from Williams, the have been very helpful when I have struggled with college work or general work when I've had questions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a fair amount of support from the training provider when it was needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me to perform better as I can trust myself to know what needs doing and understand what is going on without the need of help.

There are several extra-curricular activities to do at Williams and there are early careers evenings every month.

Why?
Because it is such a homely team, very kind and welcoming people that are willing to help out all the time. There is a very positive atmosphere here which gets even better when the race results are good.

Should be able to demonstrate the Williams values and behaviours and be able to show technical curiosity
