i really enjoy my apprenticeship as i am always doing different things. constant problem solving for various components

i have learned lots for machining metallic parts and the use of various materials depending on where it goes on the car

i am constantly receiving support from my employer having a direct manager and training provider for each department i move into

yes there are plenty of extra curricular activities that i take part in, all organised over teams groups, i mainly take part in sports activities outside of work

i believe i have grown in my practical skills an immense amount during the time i have worked at williams, i also believe i have grown and matured as a person aswell
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Atlassian Williams Racing?
i would say to be yourself and be confident in your skills whilst interviewing, also to make sure you are very interested into what you are applying for
