A brief overview of my activities day to day include building wiring harnesses to drawing, testing and calibrating electrical equipment
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I get a lot of enjoyment out of my programme, from constantly leaning and improving my skills to getting to learn from those around me in a really positive and rewarding environment

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am constantly learning new skills in my role, this includes technical skills in order to manufacture part to the highest standard but as well communication skills allowing me to work well with others

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the programme is well set up with support from those around you, there are people from all departments that if you have any questions they are more then happy to help and guide you
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support i receive is very helpful, i feel more then confident in asking any questions that i have to those around me
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

my training provider have all of the support in place the allow me to have any queries answered as well as looking out for if you need extra help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the qualifications i receive from my training provider will allow me to gain a better understanding on the theory side of my work and improve the quality of my work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes there are plenty of extra activities for me to get involved with when i want, these include things such as a free gym, lunch time football as well as running clubs
