Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Answering calls, and creating and resolving tickets that come in via email, phone, or the web. Most of the work on my team involves virtual machines, or remotely supporting end-user devices
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship - I am given enough time to ensure my apprenticeship work gets done, as well as all the support I need to grow in my role with a clear plan to support my progression after the apprenticeship.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've learned a lot of troubleshooting skills as well as communication and professional development skills like stakeholder communication and expectation management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was somewhat cloudy at first, there wasn't a lot of clarity or guidance toward the start but after a while some changes were made and now the structure is a lot more organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my employer, they will always do their best to push me in the right direction if I'm ever unsure, and they will accommodate my needs.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider gives lots of support, with weekly training sessions to support my knowledge, and regular meetings to catch up and I can raise any concerns I have.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification is relevant and also comprehensive. It gives me a wider understanding of IT as a whole which helps me in my role to troubleshoot more effectively, as well as communicate with clients better. It also provides details that help me plan my progression.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
