Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work with the Order Management team by processing and billing orders, alongside with my coursework towards my online portfolio for my apprenticeship. I work closely alongside team members to ensure orders are pushed through correctly and promptly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot as the way it is enables me to explore the different internal admin areas of a business and provides a wide amount of knowledge for me to take away and start progressing in my future career.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to navigate different IT systems and how to communicate correctly through emails. This has given me insight on the internal workings of my company and how things are run. I have also improved my ability to collaborate in a team.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well structured as I'm given my list of modules from the very start. I'm also given a rough timeframe of what will happen when and have regular updates with my tutor.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer. This is done by the regular one to ones i have to review how I'm getting on. I also have dedicated and agreed on time i can work on doing tasks for my apprenticeship with my line manager.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have monthly training sessions with my tutor in addition to very well guided tasks set for me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me to gain more knowledge on organisations and how they work.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Node4?
I would say that showing you are willing to learn new things and grow in your future career and by showing you work well in a team. Additionally, asking questions shows confidence and dedication.
