Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
As an admin for recruitment and learning and development, my day-to-day role involves a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations and support for both departments. I manage the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, I assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively. In the learning and development aspect, I organize training sessions, track employee progress, and manage training materials. I also handle administrative duties such as updating records, preparing reports, and communicating with staff to address their needs and inquiries. My role is crucial in fostering a productive and supportive work environment.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Node4 is very well structured, we have a clear hierarchy with defined roles, through personio we are able to access our org chart - this allows for the whole company to be aware of each individual in the business as well as who they manage, who their line managers are and what their job role is. This helps employees to understand who they would need to go to regarding any queries about certain sectors of the business. We also have a strong leadership and frequent whole company meetings with our exec, where they provide direction of current projects / changes to the business. Employee input is vital to Node4, we are provided surveys where we can help to decision make. The Learning and Development team here at Node4 are very committed to ongoing development and innovation too.
