I have been learning the DMAIC Lean Six Sigma approach to improvement, which has broadened my existing improvement knowledge to be able to lead on improvement activities.

The programme is very structured - we knew before enrolling on the course when all of our sessions, reviews and exam/assessment dates were, which has been really helpful for organising substantive work and project work.
