To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The Oxford Brookes CIPD course is really interesting with lots of thoughtful content, and great opportunity to meet other HR professionals.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's well organised as the apprenticeship slots in alongside the part-time Masters programme, so we have a ready-made cohort of peers, and an established programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The University of Oxford are a really supportive employer for apprentices - I am very pleased to be able to have this opportunity to gain my CIPD.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Oxford Brookes are very helpful, and have lots of experience in making the course fit with work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am really pleased how relevant the course is to my role, and think that I am learning lots of skills that I can bring to the workplace.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes I believe so particularly targeted at younger apprentices, and other opportunities for all apprentices too.
