Its generally well organised but not really what I was expecting, but a lot of that is down the the online nature of the course and a requirement to go out and practice, which I was expecting the practical elements after the theoretical learning not during.

Its extrememly useful when looking at issues that staff and managers are experiancing to help gain a complete understanding of the issue and what the indvidual can do to aid their situation.

look at both the University and Department that you are applying for indvidually to get a feel for who you are working with and what the dynamic is. As the University is very large and dispersed so there are different stles of working depending on where you are based as well as who you are working with.
