Oncology Marketing Assistant Review

My role involves daily budget management as well as managing the medical reviews of our marketing assets. I also have an active role in creating these assets for healthcare professionals such as advertisements, leave pieces, brochures…

I was trusted with high amounts of responsibility from creating an operating expenditure tracker for the oncology department, to creating very important assets for healthcare professionals. Additionally, I was trusted to organise quarterly meetings.

I have developed my analytical skills with the budget management. Additionally, I have developed my communication skills, liaising with third party agencies and employees.

I received high amounts of support. I had a line manager that I reported to. I also had a mentor who provided another line of support. Additionally, my immediate team gave me advice and helped me with any queries.
I also felt comfortable to ask questions to most employees when needed.

The culture was very friendly and supportive. Everyone was willing to help me and to answer any questions I had.
It’s a very open and inclusive culture.
